Returns & Cancelations

​

Pre-order, Made to Order and DIY items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Premium Express once they become available.

​

Returns may be made by mail or in store. The return window for online purchases is 30 days (10 days in the case of beauty items) from the date of delivery. You may return items by selecting "Return this Item" from your MY GUCCI account under order details, through your delivery confirmation email or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your MY GUCCI account.

​

For Collect In-Store orders, we offer a 30-day return/exchange window in-store or by contacting Client Services. The return window starts on the day when your item was made available for collection.

Items must remain in their original condition with all labels attached and intact. Please note, Made to Order and personalized items are not returnable.

In the event that a RDF&A, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, RONDONOVAN online shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. RDF&A, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, RDF&A, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price or online store credit for a different item.

RDF&A, Inc. attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by RDF&A, Inc. is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our exchange policy. We may discontinue products at any time without notice. All pricing for the products is subject to change. We are constantly updating and revising our offerings of products, and we may discontinue products at any time without notice. All pricing for the products is subject to change. For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances. If the price of an order changes after you’ve paid for it in full or after you’ve paid the down payment, your order will be canceled and your monies refunded.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are accurate. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the charge and advise you of the canceled order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our return policy, as set forth in our returns policies.

In no event shall we or our suppliers have any obligations or liabilities to you or any other person for loss of profits, for loss of business or use, or for incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other theory or form of action, even if we have been advised of the possibility thereof, arising out of or in connection with the sale, delivery, or use of the products sold by RDF&A, Inc.
